Refund Policy - the basics
Our refund policy for EN590 diesel services is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and transparency. If you are not satisfied with your purchase during loading to your (buyers) storage tanks after buyers SGS Inspection failed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review your request and try to get refund or another batch of diesel or compensation from the sellers.
What to include in the Refund Policy
As a free consulting and brokerage advisory service, Gogreen590 Diesel does not charge any upfront fees and therefore does not offer any refunds.

No refunds will be issued for completed work, approved documentation, or products from the origin of X Games Company, because it is 110% insured by the seller

Reports for inspection will be provided before the delivery and before loading to buyers' TTV for complete transparency between both buyers and sellers through sharing and verified by agreements. Neither our staff members, founders, nor teams are liable for any refunds before or after the buyer's inspection and successful delivery to the buyer or seller.
